Additionally, the dam’s visitor center is a goldmine of information about the region, making it a great starting point for your time at Flaming Gorge.
Green River meanders through the canyon just south of the Flaming Gorge Dam. This area is known for world-class fly fishing. Additionally, the waters are perfect for rafting, canoeing, and kayaking. Guided rafting tours are readily available throughout the area.
